WHP made a preferred equity investment in the conversion of a historic downtown building into a 192 room Le Meridien Hotel (Starwood) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The 1912 10-story Georgian revival style building is located on the north side of Arch Street, just west of Broad Street and within a block of the under-way expansion of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
